Return, Refund & Warranty Policy – Prime Cryptora
Our Promise to You
At Prime Cryptora, we take pride in the quality of every coffee machine and accessory we sell.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
We also provide a limited manufacturer’s warranty on items that have production or quality defects.
30-Day Return Policy – Hassle-Free Guarantee
If your product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact
- The product must be shipped back in its original box
📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
💰 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping or handling fees) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Reason for return or exchange
- Order number and full name
- Photos or videos of the product (if defective, incorrect, or damaged)
Once approved, our team will send you the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Please share the tracking information once your item is shipped back.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Prime Cryptora covers the shipping cost and will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
🕒 Before Shipment (within 24 hours):
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Simply email us at support@primecryptora.com with your order number.
📦 After Shipment (after 24 hours):
If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery.
Once the package is returned to us, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be issued.
Returns & Exchanges – Common Scenarios
🛠️ Defective or Faulty Products
If your coffee machine or accessory appears defective, contact us before returning it.
We’ll verify the issue and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
📦 Wrong Item Received
If we accidentally send you the wrong item, you can either:
- Keep it and receive a partial refund, or
- Return it for a free replacement (we’ll cover all shipping costs)
🚚 Item Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Alternatively, send us clear photos or a short video showing the damage.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
📬 Lost or Missing Package
If your package is delayed or shows incorrect tracking, contact us with your order number and tracking ID.
We’ll open a claim with the courier. Please allow up to 7 business days for resolution.
Warranty Coverage & Exemptions
All coffee machines and equipment sold by Prime Cryptora include a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects due to materials or workmanship.
✅ Covered Under Warranty:
- Manufacturing or production defects
- Components that fail under normal use
❌ Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Issues caused by improper installation or maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
If a product is deemed ineligible for warranty, we can still help you order replacement parts (charges may apply).
Filing a Warranty Claim
